One of my favorite monthly shopping events is The Chapter Four and today they are opening in celebration of  their first anniversary. 

The Chapter Four is a monthly shopping event. Open every 4th day of the month for 3 weeks long. They provide four rooms with four different sale theme and various stores.

You will find a Gacha Room , Buy 1 for 2 Room, Half Price Room, and Under 100Ls Room.  

In honer of the celebration there are free gifts available for all how are member of The Chapter Four group and live shows @ the garden.

Don't panic if you can get in right away you got 3 weeks of time to get your hands on the fabulous goodies.
