The skirt and the sweater are part of the Agata line and are available in different colors.

 

The hair is from [DUE] and is called Tomonaga and the pose with leaves are a gacha item from [addme.]  

Hair and poses still for sale at The Season Story open until October 31st.

 

The flawless skin for the "normal" second life avatar ( so no mesh head applier ) is from

-Glam Affair- @ ~uber~  and is called Caroline
