August 5th it is  Amsterdam ( Gay ) Pride weekend.

Amsterdam Pride or Amsterdam Gay Pride is a citywide gay-festivalheld annually at the center of Amsterdam during the first weekend of August.

I prefer the name Amsterdam Pride over Gay Pride because Pride stands for the entire LGBT community and not only the gay part.

For the first time in years I wont be able to go because. I need to work.
